Purchases

All BODY SHOP purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please make a note of expiration dates of your purchases. All of this info is listed when you buy a package or membership. Sharing packages or memberships is not allowed. 

In order to keep a class credit, you may cancel up to 12 hours before the class begins. If you cancel in less than 1 hour before your scheduled class you will lose that class. Please be sure to cancel at least 12 hours ahead of time.

All classes are subject to cancellation if there is low sign up ahead of time. If you are signed up for a class that is canceled you will not lose that class. It will be added back in to your account.

We love it when our students sign up ahead of time! We highly recommend it due to limited class size. It ensures your spot in class, it helps our teachers prepare and it should also help motivate you to come!

During freestyle, or when choreography moves away from the pole or onto the floor, please be mindful of your space in relation to others. Getting too close to someone else will make them stop dancing, and we definitely don’t want that.

For liability reasons, please don’t teach pole moves and pole tricks to another student, even if they ask nicely. We don’t want anyone to get hurt - even if intentions are good.

Please put your shoes and personal items  in designated area, keep the poles and equipment clean, and dirty towels in their bins.
